In my blog of 28 May I was mildly dismissive of the UK government's achievement in securing a Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Indiana. As that blog was written as part of my preparation for a talk the following Monday I had not given the content of that MoU any detailed reflection. And, perhaps fortunately, that has now been done for me by Peter Ungphakorn in his trade blog at https://tradebetablog.wordpress.com/2022/05/29/milestone-inchpebble-indiana/
I don't think that I need to add to that!
And by tomorrow we'll know the outcome of the Jubilee Coup. Although whatever the outcome of the vote, I imagine it will take a while longer to work out what if any its consequences are generally, or for procurement law in particular.
